Driver License Testing: Please arrive before 3:00 p.m. to allow sufficient time for any written or driving testing. Road test appointments are only available at the Beach Office. Same day appointments cannot be made.

* Road tests are available beginning at 9 a.m. at our Beach Office and available beginning at 8 a.m. in Callaway and Panama City. During the hours of 11 a.m and 2 p.m. driving tests are very limited in all three road test service locations.

Driver License/ID Cards: Printing card services end at 4 p.m. daily in all office locations.

Payment Methods: Cash, check, credit/debit are acceptable forms of payment for all transaction types, except delinquent taxes. Delinquent taxes require payment in certified funds. In office transactions are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee on credit transactions with a $1.95 minimum and a $1.95 flat fee for debit transactions. This fee is collected by the payment processor.

Online registration renewals are subject to a $2.95 convenience fee per renewal. Use of e-checks for online payment for registration renewals is free.

For online payment of property taxes both credit/debit transactions are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee.

Hours: All locations are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The delayed Wednesday opening provides an opportunity for team training and update reviews, which prepares our team to better serve our customers.
