Due to meeting our current training threshold, we have closed our hiring cycle for Customer Service Representatives to allow us to adequately train our recent hires. We anticipate opening another hiring cycle in the fall. Customer Service Representative
An ideal team member for our office is customer service-minded and eager to serve the citizens of Bay County in providing motor vehicle services, collecting property tax payments, issuing driver licenses and ID cards as well as hunting/fishing licenses. We desire to add team members who display a positive demeanor, enjoy helping others, are adept at multi-tasking, and quick learners. IT Network Administrator
An ideal team member for this position would have the ability to understand and speak technical terms with technology industry professionals while being able to explain and communicate technical issues in laymans terms to team members. Being service-minded and understanding the internal customer needs is critical to the success of this position. Additionally, a love for training others and mentoring team members is desired.
