Disability Hunting and Fishing License

Please bring the following documents for disability hunting and fishing license. These license are good for 2 years and require proof of Florida residency which are:

 

• Florida DL or ID card (if individual does not have a Florida DL or ID card, alternate proofs of residency accepted are: Homestead exemption, Notarized Declaration of Domicile (may be obtained at the Clerk of Court’s Office), or FL Voter’s Registration Card
• Current (dated within the last 12 months) letter from the United States Social Security Administration indicating individual is currently receiving disability benefits.The Annual Security Administration benefits letter acceptable.
• 100% total and permanent service connected veteran ID card or certification from US Veterans Administration or any brand of the US Armed Forces
